The terms and conditions state that by submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that they are the sole owner of the submission and have all the necessary rights to grant the organizer the license to use it.

The submission must not infringe on the rights of any third party, and the entrant should not be subject to any prior contractual, employment, or third-party commitments that restrict their ability to create and enter the submission.

The organizer has the right to use the submission worldwide, with or without identification of the entrant, and in any form, media, or technology. The entrant agrees not to sue the organizer for any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation by any organizer product, service, technology, network, software, or system of the entrant’s intellectual property rights related to the submission.

By participating in the contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that the organizer and its designees may already be developing or may develop in the future products, services, technology, networks, software, and systems that are similar or identical to the submission.
